Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery:
All prices quoted do not include postage and packaging.
Delivery costs will be added at checkout.
Shipping within the United Kingdom Only.
Lead-times on stock items will be approximately 4-5 working days.
Items that are made to order or personalised will have a longer lead-time,
currently approximately 6-7 working days.
We are unable to be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the check out or delays within the courier system,
Returns:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it.
If items are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us for your returns number.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item will need to have proof of purchase
We are unable to accept any returns without a returns number.
Personalised and Bespoke Items:
All personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable and will not be eligible for return.
If the item is damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace your item upon
the damaged item being returned to us.

Colour Disclaimer:
Actual colours may vary.
We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to colour as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Pebbles Pictures:
Pebble size, shape and colour will differ due to natural materials being used.
Refunds:
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund / replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
